Rick DeBolt
Experience
Rick is a retired United States Navy Master Chief, having served 27 years in the Naval Construction Forces (Seabees). He performed and managed wide-scale military and government construction projects worldwide. Rick is a U.S. Army Program Manager, being tasked with upgrading Army facilities security worldwide. He is an instructor at Kaplan University, where he teaches and trains future home inspectors. Rick has over 40 years of residential, government and commercial building experience, and his skills range from residential remodeling to Victorian homes in San Francisco to 18th century farm houses in the Washington D.C. area, to space aged contemporaries dotted along the Colorado western slope.

Lisa DeBolt
Experience
Lisa DeBolt is an active program manager for the government on very large multi-year construction projects in the D.C Virginia area for several years. She and her husband love to renovate older homes and have completed several before moving back to the Denver area. She is not the type to stand by and direct workers to complete her own projects she dons a carpenter apron and can swing a hammer with the best of them. She is the designer for the dynamic duo and can envision a project from start to finish. Her skills motivated her to become a Home Inspector aiding her husband on just about every home in the past five years. In fact has earned the right to become a “Master Inspector” through training and over 1000 inspections under the guidance of her husband and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors or InterNACHI. She has numerous awards from governmental agencies for her work on government projects. With her skills on very large construction projects she can relay to her residential buyers any issues she finds in a home in a mild manner giving them peace of mind.
